At Organik Rocka, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sustainable fashion purchase. If your item isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn garment within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Place the original items, including all tags and eco-friendly packaging, into a secure shipping box or mailer to ensure they arrive safely.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return for quality assurance, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
